Do I have to purchase any accounts to get the Reseller Prices?
No. Unlike other  reseller programs, you are not required to purchase any additional accounts other than your Basic Reseller Plan which starts at $34.95.

Who bills my clients?
It is your responsibility as the reseller, and owner of your own business to bill and collect fees from your customers. We bill you directly for all accounts set up on our servers for your customers. You then, bill your customers the amount you wish.

Who supports my clients?
We do not provide technical support to the Reseller's clients. The Reseller is in complete control of their hosting company and we have no direct interaction with their clients. We provide our Resellers a full tech support center giving them the edge from day one in reducing support costs. We remain anonymous in the background, supporting the Reseller as they support their clients.

Can I set my own prices?
You own your hosting company. Therefore can charge you client's whatever you want.

How do I add new clients?
To add a new client go to your to your control panel. Click the "Add Domain" icon which will take you to a screen with the following choices "Add Domain" or "Parked Domain".  An "Add Domain" account is a full account with all the features that you choose. An "Add Domain" account is a full account with all the features that you choose. For Example: With the Home account you would pay $5.95 per month for 1000MB, 50 Email, 5000MB of Bandwidth. You would in turn charge your client whatever you choose.

How do I upgrade from one package to another? Is there a cost involved in upgrading?
You can upgrade to another package at any time. Just let us know and we will help with the change. There is an upgrade setup fee. Consult your control panel for details. (Most accounts $5).

How do I pay for your services?
Check, Money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Checks must be received 15 days prior to renewal date. (renewal date=activation date)

Are there any special qualifications for resellers?
No, there are no special qualifications. Purchase of a reseller package qualifies you to resell the domains.

Can I accept credit cards?
TeamMediaOnline.com Reseller Services do not come with Merchant accounts in place. It is the reseller's responsibility to choose an Order/Merchant system that meets their needs. We can aid the Reseller in selecting the right option for their company. One of our goals for our resellers is to help them reduce startup costs. See our Accept Credit Cards for more information.

I want to pay by check - are there any special requirements?
Check payments require a six month prepayment. Renewals must be received 15 day prior to renewal date. You will receive an email 30 Days with a general note.

How long does it take to setup an account with TeamMediaOnline.com?
Most accounts are setup within minutes. Normally 20 minutes or less. This includes all resold accounts. No need to wait for someone to setup your account we are automated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
Yes, you have unlimited access to update your pages.

Do you offer web design services?

Do my client's use my web space?
No, all sites you setup receive a full account independent of yours. They get their own space and own resources. Your space is used for your designs.

Are there any restrictions on the content that I can have on my site?
Yes, We do  not host Adult Sites. Spamming is not permitted. In addition any copyright infringement problems etc. will result in closure of the site. Please read our Hosting Contract for further details.

How do I cancel my account?
Send a request to cancel to support@teammediaonline.com. It will be confirmed back to you by email. There are only refund of fees the first 30days of a new activation. See below for details.

What kind of technical support do you offer?

How does your money back guarantee work?
To show our confidence in our services, we offer all clients a complete 30 Day Money Back. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of setting up your account, we will refund all account prices. You will not receive money for the following: All additional features fees including setup fees and any monthly fees, any additional bandwidth used, and anything we did not receive including Domain Registration fees. This offer excludes all Reseller Resold Accounts.
